We operate 100% independently of all shipping carriers & therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, as a result we will not accept returns or be issuing refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries. We truly apologize if any items do not arrive in time, but our team is working quite literally around the clock in order to get the packages out as soon as they are ordered. Shipping speeds will typically range from 2-7 business days based on your shipping speed selection! Most cases you should receive your order within 2-3 days!
We try to ship all orders out on a daily basis, but during periods of large demand, your order may take an extra day or two to go out. If you need your order rushed, please leave us a note during the checkout process and we will do our best!
All sales are final on sale/discounted items. Free gifts included with orders may not be returned for store credit or cash.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return/exchange items for a refund/replacement product within 30 days from when your order was placed. To return or exchange an item please email us at support@baitium.com with your order number, full name, and whether you would like to exchange the item for a specified size or return the item(s). We will respond within 24-72 hours and send you a prepaid shipping label to send your items back to us. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please place an order as normal through our site for the appropriate size(s).
All returned/exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition. If you return an item that has been worn, washed, covered in animal or human hair, lint, etc. we will launder it and donate it to a local organization and you will not receive a refund for those item(s).
We are currently processing returns within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the package. During periods of peak volume this process may take a few extra days. You will receive a notification to the email you originally placed your order with once your return has been processed and your payment has been refunded.
On rare occasions our shipping partners may mark your items as delivered when they have not actually been delivered. If this happens, please wait three full business days to see if your package arrives. If your package does not arrive after the third day, please see the next section below.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. If you still have not received your package after 3 business days please contact our customer service team at support@baitium.com.

Easy one! All of our shirts are preshrunk so you wont need to worry about shrinkage...ever! Best way to wash is just toss the shirts in the washer and hang dry as they shirts dry quickly their own. We personally wash ours in the washer and dryer so feel free to do that as well!
